A Toast to Creating Custom Beer Graphics

05/18/2012 - 2:28pm

Conventional wisdom tells you never judge a book by its cover. But when you wander into a book store to browse, it’s the interesting cover that draws your eye. The same is true for any product with a label, especially alcohol.

GuinnessBudweiser and National Bohemian have made a cottage industry marketing their mascots and logos to their loyal customers. Some people don’t even drink the beer, they just appreciate the classic iconography of the brand.

Give Your Family a Custom Printed Crest

05/17/2012 - 2:26pm

Back in the days of yore, a family crest, or sigil, was a symbol representing a rich history and lineage. Homes, linens and armor were emblazoned with these symbols of honor and legacy. At BLT Shirt Printers, we’ve decided to take back the family crest from the aristocracy. Don’t let Windsor family and the cast of Game of Thrones have all the fun!

Promote Your Company With Custom Printed Bumper Magnets

05/11/2012 - 2:24pm

Bumper stickers are fun to see and read but they are so unfriendly to car bumpers! Reportedly, in the political sphere, a bumper sticker during election time will reach nearly 10 times as many voters as any other form of outreach. So, without question, they are a powerful marketing tool. But, how do you get them to work for your business?

First, think about a magnetic bumper sticker that is easily removed and movable from vehicle to vehicle. We printed the one in the picture for our good friends at the Canine Wingman Company.

Company Uniforms Are Now Called Career Apparel

05/07/2012 - 2:22pm

In our consumer society, it’s no surprise to walk into a store and see an employee in a company uniform. The purpose of a company uniform has always been to establish an image of authority so that customers instantly know from whom they should request help while shopping. Do you remember the days of soda jerks and gas station attendants? (We barely do!) Their uniforms were inspired by the military in order to project that authoritative image. Today’s uniforms have a completely different look and they are no longer called uniforms but instead are career apparel!

Take Care of Your Custom Screen Printed & Embroidered Clothing – Eliminate and Correct Fabric Pilling

05/03/2012 - 2:18pm

Most of us spend a good amount of money on clothing each year. Whether for work, for play, or even for sleeping, it’s important to know how to take care of the clothes we own. In fact, one of our very popular blog articles is how to launder your screen printed apparel. So we decided to take on some more clothing-care problems and this week it’s Fibrillation (aka fabric pills). Here are a few tricks to help you prevent them and correct them.

What’s Hot Right Now in Custom Screen Printed Apparel

04/30/2012 - 2:14pm

Similar to designer fashions, each season there’s something new and hot in the promotional apparel industry. Of course, patriotic and Team USA related items are very important this summer due to the Olympics coming up in August in London. (BLT Shirt Printers has some great ideas on that subject!) But there are a few other hot items to call to your attention that are perfect for custom screen printing and embroidery of your company’s logo!

Get Inspired by the Olympics – Custom Screen Print and Embroider ‘Team USA’ on Your Company Shirts and Hats

04/27/2012 - 2:08pm

The 2012 Summer Olympics will kick-off In London in three months, and tens of thousands of spectators will soon crowd the sports venues. It’s certainly a majestic sight when the athletes parade through the stadium during the opening and closing ceremonies, and great thought and time is put into the design of the teams’ apparel. Famed American fashion designer Ralph Lauren recently debuted the collection he designed for Team USA. The sketches of the teams’ closing ceremony outfits are unsurprisingly very traditional, preppy and, well, very Ralph Lauren.

Take Us Out to the Ball Game – Custom Screen Printed Spirit & Cheer Promos

04/20/2012 - 2:04pm

There’s something pretty special about going to a baseball game in April. Maybe it’s the springtime look of the beautiful green grass in the outfield, or the first salty bite of a ballpark hotdog. Maybe it’s just the good feeling of wearing a short sleeve shirt and sitting in the sun after a long winter indoors. Whatever the reason, we love going to the stadium to watch our home team (Go Nats!) and we cheer them on whenever we can. Even better, we take that team spirit back to the office with our custom screen printed cheer promotional items, and you can, too!
